このお仕事は、化粧品通販会社のお問い合わせ受付です。
お電話の内容は、次のようなものが中心です。
・定期便の変更や解約について
・商品の注文受付
・配送状況の確認 など
対応はすべて受信のみ。こちらから電話をかけることはありません。
業務は、あらかじめ用意されたスクリプトに沿って進めていきます。1時間あたりの対応件数は4~5件ほどで、1件ずつ落ち着いて対応できます。センター全体の目標はありますが、個人ノルマはありません。
1件ずつ、落ち着いて対応できるため、未経験の方も安心です。

未経験OK(経験、資格は一切不問) / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK)

8:50~18:00 / 9:50~18:00(各休憩70分)
- 月曜日の出勤が可能であれば週3日勤務OK
- 月曜日以外であれば曜日固定のお休みも相談OK
- 残業ほとんどなし月1h以内(1分単位で給与計算)
- お子様の体調不良などによるお休みやシフト変更にも柔軟に対応します
