仕事内容:

総務・経理関連の販売管理、業績管理、予実管理のアシスタント業務をお任せいたします。

<具体的な業務内容>

・請求書の発行、管理

・システムへのデータ入力

・受発注データの整備、レポーティング

・管理会計データの整備、レポーティング

・企業のリファレンスチェック、取引先の登録

・オフィスの設備、備品管理

・契約業務

・宅配便手配

・物品購入等の総務に付随する事務業務 等

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・経理事務、または営業事務のご経験2年以上

・SUMIF、VLOOKUP関数を用いたExcel業務の経験

・Slackやチャットワーク等のチャットツールを使用し、業務を推進された経験をお持ちの方

【歓迎スキル】

・簿記3級相当の知識をお持ちの方

・総務のご経験をお持ちの方

・業務効率化を推進したご経験をお持ちの方

・Notionの使用経験

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

・10:00~19:00 休憩1h、平日週5日(40時間)

・リモートワーク可ですが、最低週2日の出社をお願いいたします

【時差出勤について】

事前に上長承認を得ることで下記時間帯での時差出勤可

①9:00~18:00

②11:00~20:00

③12:00~21:00

休暇・休日:

土・日・祝はお休みです。
