【職務概要】
同社が展開する、民家を改装した高齢者向けシェアハウス事業「SAFE NEST」の全国展開に向けた、フランチャイズオーナーの開拓および支援業務全般、ならびに営業組織のマネジメントを担っていただきます。
【職務詳細】
・営業戦略の立案・実行:加盟店獲得のための戦略設計、KPI設定、商談プロセスの標準化、営業ツールの整備。
・法人営業活動:中小企業経営者や個人投資家に対する新規事業提案、プレゼンテーション、条件交渉、契約締結。
・既存加盟店との関係構築、出店後の後工程管理。
・チームマネジメント:営業メンバーの育成・評価、進捗管理、課題抽出と改善施策の実行。
・経営層への定期報告、事業計画へのフィードバック。

社会課題解決型の新規事業をスケールさせるため、0→1および1→10フェーズの営業組織を牽引し、全国への普及を加速させることが期待されています。

【必須】
・法人営業経験 5年以上
・営業チームのマネジメント経験(3名以上)
・経営者や事業責任者との折衝経験
・目標達成に向けた戦略立案、実行経験
【尚可】
・フランチャイズ加盟店開拓営業の経験
・不動産業界でのビジネス経験
・宅地建物取引士の資格保有
・新規事業立ち上げ(0→1フェーズ)での営業経験
・BtoBサービスの営業責任者、マネージャー経験
・社会課題解決型ビジネスへの実務経験
【給与】
年収:680万~1000万程度
月給制:月額566667円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
