仕事内容:

☆「家」+「家電」+「クルマ」。 キャンピングカー作りは、言わば"究極のDIY"

だから、「経験者」なんて求めていません。 必要なのは、特定の分野へのこだわりより、

「木工も、電気も、整備も、全部やってみたい」という好奇心。

ここは、あなたの持っているスキルを「全部乗せ」できる場所です。

当社オリジナルブランド「FOCS」の製作全般をお任せします。

決まったルーティンワークだけではありません。チームで協力し、以下のような工程を幅広く担当します。

【具体的には】

・家具の組立、取り付け

・電装品の取り付け、配線加工

・マット、シートの製作

・CADを使用した設計補助

・組立指示書やトリセツの作成 など

★入社後は先輩が丁寧に教えます。

「木工は初めて」「電気は苦手」でも大丈夫。一つずつできることを増やしていきましょう。

流れ作業のライン工ではありません:

6~7名のチームで1台を仕上げていきます。

「ネジを締めるだけ」の仕事とは違い、仲間と相談しながら一台を作り上げる達成感があります。

「自分は内装が得意だから教えるよ、その代わり配線のコツを教えて」といった教え合いが日常です。

気がつけば、家も車も直せるような幅広いスキルが身につきます。

プライベートも充実:

モノづくりの会社には珍しく、残業は月平均7時間程度。

お休みも日曜・祝日に加え、月4回は「自分の希望日」に休めます。趣味や家族との時間も大切にできます。

【必須条件】

・高卒以上

・35歳以下 (例外事由3号のイ)

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・モノ作りが好きな方

・向上心、協調性がありチームワークが取れる方。

未経験の方でもじっくり指導しますので、安心してご応募頂けます

勤務時間・曜日:

09 : 00 ~ 18 : 00(休憩1h)

※残業:月平均7時間以下

休暇・休日:

週休二日制(毎週日曜日・祝日・他月4日自己希望日)

※有休・夏季休暇 年末年始休暇あり

※補足:休日調整・勤務時間交代など調整可

【雇用形態】正社員(試用期間3ヶ月・同条件)

【月 収】260,000円 - 450,000円
