自動車向けADASソフトウェア開発エンジニアは、クライアント向けのADAS/AD(先進運転支援システム/自動運転)開発を担当し、IVIやコネクテッド関連開発など、自動車向けの他のソフトウェア開発にも貢献する可能性があります。 候補者は、当社のグローバルな専門知識と資産を活用して、日本における自動車関連能力の加速に貢献し、日本で強力な自動車プラクティスを成長させる当社の戦略の重要な担い手となります。 クライアントや他の開発チームとのコミュニケーションがこのポジションでは重要であり、日本語/英語のバイリンガル能力(少なくともビジネスレベル)が必要です。

職務詳細
候補者は、クライアント向けのADAS機能の設計と開発に責任を持ちます。例えば、運転/駐車/車内センシング機能の開発や、知覚アルゴリズム(レーダー、ビデオ、超音波センサー)の開発などが含まれます。
募集要項
必須
- 技術的リーダーシップを持つ高度な経験を有するソフトウェア開発者で、自動車業界における組み込みソフトウェア開発で5年以上の経験があること
- ADASソフトウェア開発の専門知識とADAS特有のプロセスに関する確かな知識
- AUTOSAR Classic、AUTOSAR Adaptive、ASIL、ISO26262、ASPICEに関する強い知識と経験
- 車両プロトコルCAN、LIN、Ethernetにおける実証された能力
- ソフトウェア要件分析、ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計、ソフトウェア開発、構成、統合を含む、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルプロセス全体の管理と実行の経験
- アジャイル原則、方法論、実行、納品に関する理解
- 日本語(少なくとも読み/聞き/書き/話すビジネスレベル)と英語(少なくとも読み/聞き/書き/話すビジネスレベル)の両方における強いコミュニケーションスキル
- 適切な技術的またはアーキテクチャ的決定の選択と実装を推進できる能力
- 監督なしに自律的に作業できる能力
- 学習に対して熱心で柔軟な姿勢、メンタリングなどを通じた若手同僚の育成支援
- 体系的思考と優れた問題解決スキルを持つこと
- プログラミング言語:少なくともCとC++
- JIRA、Confluence、標準的なCI/CDツール(Jenkinsなど)の使用経験
- MS Officeツール(Outlook、Teams、PowerPoint、Excel、Word)の基本的なスキル
