Cloud Ops Suite Engineer(クラウド オペレーション スイート エンジニア)として、中堅企業のお客様およびチャネルパートナーをサポートする実践的な技術エキスパートとしての役割を担ていただきます。

主な職務内容は、イネーブルメントセッションの提供、PoC(概念実証)におけるパートナーの支援およびトレーニング、そして Cloud Ops Suiteソリューションのポジショニングと導入におけるパートナーのサポートです。

【主な業務内容】

チャネルおよびパートナーのエネーブルメント

  • HPE VM EssentialsおよびHPE Morpheus Enterpriseに関するパートナーのトレーニングと支援
  • 戦略パートナーがデモやラボ環境を構築・共有できるよう支援
  • 顧客PoCのすべての段階(セットアップから検証まで)におけるパートナー支援
  • パートナーおよび顧客向けプレゼンテーションにおけるCloud Ops Suiteソリューションの提案支援

顧客対応およびPoC実施

  • 顧客の課題ヒアリング、技術プレゼンテーション、ライブデモの実施
  • パートナー支援およびPoCの主導(VM EssentialsおよびMorpheus Enterprise中心)、VMwareや他のハイパーバイザーからの移行・拡張支援
  • HPEの営業、プリセールス、製品チームと連携し、スムーズなソリューション引き渡しと一貫した技術的メッセージの提供

フィールド対応およびコラボレーション

  • ·現場からの構造的なフィードバックを提供し、トレーニング、コンテンツ、およびツールの改善に貢献
  • ベストプラクティス、成功事例、学びを共有し、パートナーの準備体制を強化
  • アジリティ、実験、イノベーションに焦点を当てたスタートアップスタイルの協働文化への貢献

【資格・経験】

  • コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または関連分野の学士号
  • ITインフラ、クラウド、仮想化技術における4〜8年の経験(技術営業またはエネーブルメント経験が理想)
  • 主要なハイパーバイザー(VMware ESXi、KVM、Hyper-V)の実務経験
  • プライベート、パブリック、またはハイブリッド クラウド アーキテクチャの経験
  • Linuxおよび Windows OS、ネットワーキング、ストレージ(SAN/NAS、iSCSI、SDS)に関する知識
  • PowerShell、Bash、Ansible、Terraformなどの自動化ツールの使用経験
  • 仮想化、クラウド、自動化に関する業界認定(あれば尚可)
  • HPEのハイブリッドITポートフォリオおよび競合状況への理解

【スキル・能力】

  • 高い技術営業力とプレゼンテーション能力、パートナートレーニングや顧客向けデモの主導に自信がある方
  • 複雑なトピックを多様な聴衆に分かりやすく説明できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
  • 自主性があり、スタートアップ マインドセットを持ち、変化の速い環境で柔軟に対応できる方
  • 問題解決力とトラブルシューティング能力に優れ、細部への注意力がある方
  • チャネル エコシステムおよびパートナーとのコラボレーション モデルに関する深い理解
  • 複数のエネーブルメントやPoCプロジェクトを同時に管理できる能力
