仕事内容:

税理士補助としてアシスタント業務をお任せいたします。

資料整理

会計ソフトへのデータ入力

決算書~内訳書・申告書の作成

お客様対応・訪問 等

入社後すぐに担当業務をお任せすることはありません。

ご経験やスキルに応じて業務を割り振り、慣れてきた段階で、顧問先の規模や内容に応じて担当業務もお任せしていきます。

平均残業時間:

平常期⇒6時間/月、繁忙期⇒20時間/月

固定残業制度はなく、残業代は全額支給いたします。

勤務時間例)

①10:00~17:00 ②7:00~14:00 など勤務時間を選択することが可能です。

フレックスタイム制度は管理職~新人まで全員が活用しており、事前申請は不要です。

求める人材:

会計事務所での勤務経験が2年以上ある方

担当者として1対1の顧問先対応が可能な方

※顧問先対応については、経験・習熟度に応じて段階的にお任せします。

勤務時間・曜日:

標準時間 9:00~17:00 実働7時間です。

休憩時間は1.5時間を目安に、各自の裁量で取得しています(状況に応じて1.5時間以上の取得も可能です)

<フレックスタイム制(事前申請不要)>

利用例 ①10:00~17:00 ②7:00~14:00

など、勤務時間を自由に調整・選択することが可能です。

※コアタイム:10:00~14:00(12/1~3/15は10:00~15:00)

管理職~新人まで個々の状況に合わせて、全員が活用しています。

<みなし残業制度なし>

仮に残業があった場合も、残業代は法定通り全額支給致します。

<残業時間 参考開示>

繁忙期 平均残業時間⇒20時間/月 残業に関しては、全体残業時間を0にするため社員総出で取り組んでいます。 通常月の残業はほとんどありません。

土日、祝日、お盆休み、年末年始、試験休暇(5日間)、有給休暇(法定通り)

※確定申告時期(2/15~3/15) 4回のみ土曜日出勤あり

【給与】想定年収400万~

・30万円~60万円/月給(残業代は別途、法定通り支給いたします。)

資格手当等あり(顧問料3ヶ月分、単発の場合20%)

・通勤手当全額支給

・賞与は年4*回

→春・夏・冬の定期賞与 各20万

→決算賞与あり 業績に応じて支給

・定時昇給あり(年1回7月) 社員一人ひとりが安心して長期で勤務できます。

・顧問先紹介手当あり

新規顧問先を獲得した場合は別途、営業手当の支給があります

あなたの頑張り次第で年収アップも可能です。

・試用期間3ヶ月間あり(試用期間中の給与は同額です)
