仕事内容:
行政書士事務所での事務補助業務をお任せします。お客様の大切な財産に関わる書類を扱うため、正確性と慎重さが求められる、責任感のあるお仕事です。専門知識は入社後に丁寧に指導しますので、ご安心ください。
主な業務は以下の通りです。
- 書類の回収・作成補助: お客様や販売店へ車庫証明や自動車登録に必要な書類を回収しに行き、申請書類の作成サポートをお願いします。手書き書類が多いですが、効率的にインターネットで情報検索を行うスキルも活かせます。
- 官公庁への申請・登録手続き: 作成した書類を警察署(車庫証明)や陸運局(自動車登録)へ提出しに行きます。当事務所から陸運局は距離があり、複数の警察署を回ることもあるため、長距離の運転が発生します。営業車を利用できますのでご安心ください。
- その他、電話・メール対応や、基本的なPC操作(文字入力、Excel・Wordでの資料作成)もお願いします。基本フォーマットがあるので、関数に自信がなくても大丈夫です。

- 9:00:始業、郵送物確認
- 9:30〜11:00:書類回収(お得意様訪問)
- 11:00〜13:00:お昼休憩、書類作成
- 13:00〜15:00:警察署・陸運局へ申請・提出
- 15:00〜16:00:書類整理、退社
- ※退社時刻は作業量により前後する場合があります。

- 車の運転が好きな方・得意な方: 陸運局や複数の警察署への長距離移動があるため、運転に抵抗がなく、安全運転を心がけてくださる方を歓迎します。
- 細部にまで気を配れる方: お客様の大切な書類を扱うため、間違いが許されない業務に対し、最後まで丁寧かつ慎重に取り組める方を重視します。書類仕事や事務仕事が得意な方にぴったりです。
- PCの基本操作ができる方: Word、Excelでの文字入力やインターネット検索ができる方を求めています。
- 円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方: 性別問わず様々なスタッフが働く職場ですので、チームワークを大切にし、協力しながら業務に取り組める方を歓迎します。
勤務時間・曜日:
平日9時頃~16時頃まで。週4~5日勤務です。
