楽天24事業部では、日本最大級のオンラインショッピングモール『楽天市場』において、日用品に特化したサービスである『Rakuten24、Rakuten24ドリンク館、Rakuten24ヘルスケア館、等』を展開しています。
「楽天市場」はご出店店舗様が自ら商品をご販売頂けるプラットフォームを提供するモール型ビジネスであるのに対して、私たちのサービスでは、楽天がナショナルメーカー様から商品の選定・仕入れを行い、マーケティング・販売・発送・カスタマーサポートまでを一気通貫で行う直販型のビジネスです。
事業として非常に高い中期目標の達成を目指しており、マーケティング投資や、サービス品質強化のためのシステム・物流プラットフォーム強化等、大規模な投資を続けています。

募集背景
コロナ影響でライフスタイルが変化し、EC需要が拡大する中、ナショナルメーカー各社も楽天の日用品ECの成長に強い期待を寄せています。当社としても非常に高い中期目標の達成を目指して大規模な投資を続けており、新たなサービス開発や、バリューチェーン変革をテーマとした戦略プロジェクトを推進しています。
本ポジションでは、裁量権をもって、事業の中期成長を目指した戦略プロジェクトの企画・実行推進を担当できる人材を募集します。
業務内容
事業の売上・利益拡大を目指すべく様々な領域における課題分析を行い、検討・実行・検証とすべてのフェーズに責任を持ち、取り組んでいただきます。直近では、以下のようなバックエンド領域での改革を検討しています。特に調達・物流領域はホワイトスペースが大きく、事業の中期成長に向けて大きな貢献が期待されています。
<検討中のテーマ例>
・Rakuten24及び他サービスのバリューチェーン強化・統合(調達・物流領域)
・翌日配送を実現するシステム・サービス運営プラットフォームの強化
・PL管理業務の高度化、各種PL改善策の進捗モニタリング
・顧客満足度改善に向けた、ユーザーサポートのサービスレベル改善
・ユーザー様/ナショナルブランド様向けのサービス企画・開発・改善
・日用品EC業界の競合分析
・各種バックエンド領域業務の生産性改善
・各種プロジェクトマネジメント
バックエンドの各領域での改革を経験したマネージャーを務める組織において、調達/物流等のバリューチェーン固有の知識・経験がなくても、それらを一緒に蓄積していける環境です。
また、ビジネスを推進する上での総合力を磨くことのできるポジションです。戦略立案だけではなく、実行フェーズまでの一貫した経験を積むことが可能です。
必須要件:
・コンサルティングファーム、もしくは事業会社の戦略・サービス企画業務2年以上の経験
・日用品小売業界、ECに関する基本的な知識
歓迎要件:
・日用品業界でのサービス企画の経験
・Power Point、Excel を使って分析・企画を行った経験(vlookup、pivot利用経験)
