仕事内容

入社して半年間はレストラン閉店後の

店内清掃を行っていただきます。

お仕事は1日2件ほどで、

3~4名のチーム制で作業します。

その後少しずつ部下の育成指導や、

現場管理・協力会社の

管理業務をお任せします。

主な清掃内容

・床

・ガラス

・厨房清掃 など

先輩管理者の補佐をしながら

徐々に仕事を覚えていきましょう

給与詳細

・未経験:月給41万5000円~

・経験者はスキルや資格により資格手当あり

試用期間6か月あり、

試用期間中:月給375,000円

年収例

・1年目:年収4,740,000円~

・2年目:年収4,980,000円~

※随時インセンティブあるので

結果次第ではこれ以上に稼げます

時期によって残業時間も異なってきます。

残業がない日もあれば、

今日は忙しかった…という日もあります。

必須資格

普通自動車免許 (ATのみ可)

勤務時間・曜日:

・21:00~7:00

・実働8時間、休憩1~2時間

・平均残業30時間(月)

出社。車に乗って出発

23:00

1件目の現場到着。清掃作業開始

1:00~2:00

2件目の現場へ移動。清掃作業開始

5:00

作業終了、簡単事務作業・明日の準備

7:00

退社。お疲れ様でした

週休2日制のシフト勤務

※土日休みも可能

4週間(28日)のうち休みが8日ある
