YOUR MISSION:
募集職種: アシスタントストアマネージャー(副店長)
プーマ直営店舗におけるシューズ、アパレル、バッグ等の接客・販売、売上管理・分析、在庫管理、フロア管理(商品ディスプレイ、VMD)、スタッフのトレーニングやフィードバック、店長のサポート、など店舗マネジメント全般を担っていただきます。

  • 短期的・長期的な計画策定、経費管理、販売およびサービスを効果的に実施することにより、担当ストアの売上・KPI・収益の目標を確実に達成または超える
  • プーマのブランドバリュー及びサービス基準に従い、担当ストアにおける顧客体験を高い水準で維持
  • フロアにおいて、セリングマネジメント、お客様対応、販売、ビジュアルプレゼンテーション、従業員のコーチング、ストアの維持・メンテナンスの検討、等に従事
  • 即戦力となる優秀な人材の採用、トレーニング、能力開発、後継者育成において、ストアマネージャーをサポート
  • 高い収益性を維持することを目的とした、人件費の管理お及びサービスを重視したスケジュール策定
  • ロス防止の教育及び意識向上の為のプログラムを管理、モニター
  • 在庫及び棚卸ロスの目標を管理し、目標数値を達成または超える
  • 商品の搬入・搬出の実施および処理
  • 商品販売動向を捉え、ストア・マネージャーへ報告
  • 新規ストアの開店および/またはストアの閉店に加わる(出張が求められる可能性あり)
  • ストアマネージャーの要請に応じて、店舗外で開催されるトレーニング及び役職に関連するミーティングに出席(出張が求められる可能性あり)

プーマではお客様に他に無いショッピング体験を提供できるよう、グローバル接客スタンダードに基づく丁寧な接客を心がけています。店舗からブランドの魅力を発信し、より多くのプーマファンを一緒につくっていきましょう

対象となる方:
・高卒以上

・ リテールビジネス(アパレルまたはフットウェアであれば尚可)における数値管理を伴う、1~2年以上のストアマネジメント経験

・売上目標を達成できる、優秀なチームの採用、育成、定着に関するノウハウを持ち、問題解決能力、効果的なコミュニケーション能力、リーダーシップ等のスキルをお持ちの方

勤務時間:
9:00:21:30 ※シフト制

1か月単位の変形労働時間/実働8時間
