仕事内容:
★「疾患を診る」から「暮らしを支える」リハビリへ★
【業務内容】
病院のような「機能回復のみ」を追求するリハビリではなく、在宅復帰を見据えた「生活動作」の改善を主軸に置きます。
リハ室での訓練だけでなく、フロアでの実際の動きを見守り、多職種と協力しながらその方の「今の暮らし」を整えるお仕事です。
病院での経験を活かしつつ、より利用者様の日常に近い場所で専門性を発揮できます。
【1日のスケジュール例】
08:30 出勤・情報収集(多職種での申し送り、バイタルチェック)
09:00 午前の個別リハビリ(15〜20分程度:機能訓練と生活動作の確認)
11:30 嚥下・食事評価(食事姿勢の調整など、専門職としてのアドバイス)
12:00 休憩(1時間しっかり確保。リラックスして過ごせます)
13:30 午後の個別リハビリ(実際の生活場面に合わせた動作練習)
15:30 カンファレンス・記録(多職種で退所支援の方針を話し合い)
16:30 環境整備・福祉用具の調整(車椅子やポジショニングの検討)
17:30 業務終了(効率的な業務遂行で、メリハリのある働き方を推奨)
