<仕事内容>

マネージャー/YouTube事務所で働く/服装、髪型、髪色、ネイル自由

所属クリエイターのマネージャーとして、タイアップ案件の戦略立案全般や進行管理、所属クリエイターの活動をサポートするマネジメント業務を行っていただきます。

活動範囲が多岐にわたるクリエイターのマネジメントとして、動画企画提案・案件スケジュールの調整・撮影および編集補助・分析業務・クリエイターの中長期的なプランの作成など多岐にわたる業務を担っていただきます。社内外問わず様々なステークホルダーと連携・折衝を行い、チームメンバーと協働しながらクリエイター活動を支援していくポジションです

※試用期間に関しては別部署業務と並行して研修を行っていきます

  • 具体的な業務内容

・所属クリエイターの広報活動

・企業案件の進行管理

・市場動向や広告効果などの分析、社内各部署との連携及び調整

・YouTubeやSNS等の活動サポート

・撮影の調整/企画/準備/同行

・イベント運営

給与


月給 280,000円 ~ 450,000円 (※想定年収 3,600,000円 ~ 6,500,000円)

雇用形態:中途採用(正社員)

給与:月給 230,000円 ~ 350,000円
