<仕事内容>

3人前後でチームを組み、請求書発行のために、データ入力やチェックなどを行います。

また、電話応対や備品発注などもお願いします。

お客様対応は電話での問い合わせがほとんど

<未経験者大歓迎>

事務職に挑戦したい方大歓迎です

エクセルを使ったことがなくてもOK

パソコンに触ったことがない人にも丁寧に教えます。

未経験からスタートのスタッフもいますので安心してください

業務内容が安定しており、モクモク・コツコツ取り組む仕事

月に1週間ほどの繁忙時期を除けばとても落ち着いています。

請求処理が終わったときは毎月達成感を感じることができますよ(^^)/

勤務時間/8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)

月に1週間ほどの繁忙時期を除くとほぼ残業ナシです

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万円 〜 15万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
