近年、国内外のエネルギーを取り巻く環境は大きな変革期を迎えています。世界的には脱炭素社会の実現に向け、再生可能エネルギーの導入拡大が進む一方で、安定した電力供給を確保するための火力発電設備の高効率化・低環境負荷化へのニーズは依然として高まっています。また、原子力発電についても、各国で再評価が進められ、次世代炉の開発や既設プラントの長期運転に対応する技術的支援が求められています。
こうした背景のもと、タービン発電機にはさらなる信頼性向上と高効率化が強く求められています。当社においても、国内外の大型プロジェクトへの参画、既設機の改良・延命対応、新興国市場における発電インフラ需要への対応など、設計部門の役割はますます拡大しています。
業務内容
タービン発電機の設計・開発エンジニア
当社のタービン発電機における設計業務は発電機の安全性・信頼性を支える重要な役割を担っており、その技術領域は多岐にわたります。(電気基本設計・構造設計、詳細設計・製図、解析評価、プラントエンジニアリング、改良保全等)

当部門では、火力・原子力向けを中心とした大型タービン発電機の設計・製造において、長年にわたり国内外の電力インフラを支えてきました。高い信頼性と効率性を実現する技術は、お客様からも高く評価されており、世界各地の発電所で当社製品が稼働しています。
設計部門では、電磁・絶縁・機械・熱といった幅広い専門分野を有し、最新の解析技術や製造現場との密な連携を通じて、高度で総合的な設計力を培うことができます。特に機械設計では、大型回転機特有の強度設計・振動解析・冷却構造検討といった、他では得がたい専門性を身につけられます。
