Googleマップをフル活用したウェブアプリケーションの開発を、
企画、要件定義から実装、保守運用まで自社内で行います。
品質管理システム全体の品質管理、プロジェクトマネジメント、
チームマネジメントなども担当します。
顧客への提案・調整、営業支援、他部署との連携、スケジュール管理、
ドキュメントレビューなども行います。
チームメンバーの育成・教育、サポート、評価なども業務に含まれます。

・ Googleマップをフル活用したウェブアプリケーションの開発
(企画、要件定義から実装、保守運用まで)。
・ 品質管理システム全体の品質管理などプロジェクトマネジメント、チームマネジメント。
・ 顧客への提案・調整、営業支援、他部署との連携、スケジュール管理、ドキュメントレビューなど。
・ チームメンバーの育成・教育、サポートなど。
・ チームメンバーの評価。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ システム開発実務5年程度
・ Webシステム開発実務3年程度
・ JavaScript、Python、PHP、Go、Ruby、Java、C#いずれか実務5年程度
・ フロントエンド、サーバーサイドどちらも経験されている方
・ リーダーもしくはマネジャー経験2年程度お持ちの方
【歓迎】
・ 社会人経験5年以上
・ マネジメントのみで開発にブランクがある方
・ フロントエンドのみ、サーバサイドのみ、という方
【給与】
年収600~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
