仕事内容


SREエンジニアフルフレックス/リモート可/IPO準備中

【仕事内容】

・緊急対応の品質担保のための仕組みづくりと訓練、実際のトラブル対処から再発防止までのリード

・オブザーバビリティの導入推進、プロダクト方針に基づくSLI/SLOの実装~運用

・サービスの成長に伴う負荷の予測、負荷テストの設計や実施、アプリケーションにも踏み込んだボトルネックの改善

・漸進的デリバリーなどの普及を含めたリリースエンジニアリング

【年収・給与】

年収800~1200 万円 年俸制 月額666667円 基本給486667円年俸の1/12を毎月支給固定残業代制 固定残業時間: 45時間固定残業代: 180000円(超過分は全額支給)手当: あり通勤手当あり 上限30000円※遠方在住者は上限6万円/月を支給賞与なし 昇給あり 年2回
