仕事内容:

筋トレブームはなぜあったのか?諸説はあるだろうが私はこう思う。

単純に男として、⽣物としてカッコいいから。

⼤きく隆起した上腕⼆頭筋は頼り甲斐を感じ、引き締まった腹直筋は同性であっても憧れを禁じ得ず、服の上からでもわかる僧帽筋の⽣物としての⼒の象徴。

かっこいい。だから鍛える。

これは原始から変わらない⽣物的で⾮常に単純な理由。

他にも原始の時代から変わらないかっこいい⽣物の条件がある。

それは狩りのうまさ。

現代の⽇本で狩りがうまくてかっこいい、とはならないが現代社会でいうところの狩りを稼ぎと捉えればしっくりくる。

原始的な考えで⾔えば体を鍛えるのもより⾼度な狩りを⾏うため。

◎独自の評価制度で基本給+20万円の手当あり

作業能力はもちろんですが、仕事への姿勢や、やる気も含めた評価を設けており、月のお給料を最大20万円プラスすることが可能です直近では実際に15万円プラスされたスタッフもいます
