仕事内容


大手携帯キャリアのカスタマーセンター勤務

【仕事内容】

カスタマーセンターで携帯・スマホ・パソコン、デジカメ、プリンター、タブレットなどの操作に関する問い合わせ対応をお願いします。

<対応例>

・一般的な操作方法について

・インターネットやルーターの接続設定

・パソコンやスマートフォンへの写真データの移し方

・LINEなどへのデータ共有方法

・パソコンとの無線接続

・初期設定

・Wi-Fiの設定方法

・アプリのダウンロード方法 など

※PCは2画面利用します。(お客様情報を確認する画面・回答を確認する画面)

※1件あたりの通話時間:10分程度

※1時間あたりの対応件数:4~6件

※在籍:50名程度

時給1,550円〜

*別途交通費1日650円まで支給
