仕事内容


【ワールドのグループ会社で安定ワーク「好き」を仕事にしてキャリアアップが可能です】

「UNTITLED」「INDIVI」等が有名な『ワールド』のグループ会社。

パンツ・スカート、スポーツウェアなどを生産しています。

【仕事内容】

延反機(生地を重ねる機械)、CAM(自動裁断機)といった

裁断設備を操作して生地をパーツに裁断して頂きます。

未経験から始めた方が大半なので初めての方も安心してください

気さくで優しい先輩社員が一から丁寧に教えていきます

エプロン貸与なので私服から着がえなくてもOK

【工場見学も実施中】

入社後のイメージを持っていただけるよう、簡単な業務の体験が可能です。

会社指令での転勤は基本的にありません。

希望者は適正を判断しつつ東京&神戸本社やグループの他工場に転籍も可能です。

新卒1年目で

「次はジャケットや上物にチャレンジしたいんです」

と別工場に転籍した先輩もいます。

さらに希望次第で、海外勤務のチャレンジも可能です

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり173時間

8:15~17:15(休憩60分)

※変形労働時間制/1年単位

※残業月10時間程度
