車載用SoC (R-Carシリーズ) のクロック/リセットシステムの仕様設計・回路設計を行う設計リーダー
【開発対象IP】
・クロック制御機構/リセット機構/電源制御機構およびその周辺回路
【職務内容】
・要求事項からコンセプトとターゲットの具体化
・機能・検証戦略のグランドデザイン
・DFT(Design for Test)およびテスト戦略のグランドデザイン
・特性評価・評価戦略の立案
・論理設計・検証チームの技術リーディング
【募集背景】
車載向けのSoC製品は、「CASE」に代表される自動車の電子化/高機能化を実現するためのキーパーツです。車載向けSoCである R-Car シリーズは先端プロセスを用いたルネサス内屈指の規模、機能を誇る製品になっています。
価値向上のために、周波数・消費電力に対して厳しい要求があり、SoC 内での綿密なクロック制御・リセット制御・電源制御は必要不可欠な要素となっています。今回、R-Car におけるクロック・リセット・電源制御仕様の設計やその実装、検証を推進できる技術リーダーを募集しています。

・デジタルフロントエンド設計におけるクロック・リセット・電源制御関連の開発経験 (3年以上)
・デジタル回路の設計、検証経験
・英語によるコミュニケーションスキル(日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度))
