職務内容/Job duties パートナーからコンサルタントクラスまで約100名の体制で、コンサルファーム出身者のみならず、IT系企業、事業会社など幅広いバックグラウンドを持ったプロフェッショナルが集まっています。女性比率、外国籍比率共に3割とダイバシティが進んだ環境でもあります。
クライアント企業の各種企業変革を、SAPを代表としたパッケージ製品を活用した支援を行います。主要業務領域はSAP ERPの実装工程ではなく、以下の様な領域が中心となります。
1)現状分析と構想策定
2)システム化企画、パッケージ・ベンダー選定と導入計画策定
3)デジタル・クラウドなど先端技術を活用したデジタルトランスフォーメーション(PoCから実装まで)
4)グローバルERP(インバウンド・アウトバウンド)
5)基幹システム導入にあたってのユーザー側支援(PMO含む)

Qualifications
応募資格/Qualifications これまでのSAPプロジェクトの経験を活かして、業務寄り/上流、グローバル、最新デジタルソリューションを活用したプロジェクトに挑戦したい方
これまでの企業変革プロジェクト(IT・業務)の経験を活かしてSAPビジネスに挑戦したい方
立ち上がりから成長段階にはいった組織で、中核的な役割を担いたい方
【歓迎要件】
コンサルティングファーム、Sier、パッケージベンダー、IT企業においてITを用いた企業変革プロジェクトに携わってきた方。
SAPのプロジェクトにおいて構想策定、要件定義、実装フェーズの参画経験ある方
グローバルプロジェクト経験者
経営管理・連結会計・生産管理・物流など特定の業務領域においてITプロジェクトの上流をリードしてきた方(製品は問わない)
SAP開発、SAPBASIS、MDMなどのリード経験者
【必須経験】マネージャ以上での採用については、プロジェクトマネージメント業務を複数経験(2年以上)、または特定の領域において即戦力となる専門性が必要です。
【語学力】
日本語 ネイティブ またはビジネス以上
英語 できれば尚可。※英語のスキルは問いませんが、入社後習得して頂ければビジネスの幅・深さは広まります。
