Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of hotel areas.
• Schedule daily work, monitor progress, and inspect completed rooms to ensure high standards are met.
• Coordinate work orders, release checkout rooms, and maintain sufficient supplies on guest floors.
• Monitor House Attendant performance, check cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, elevators, and Linen Closets.
• Adhere to Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Foster harmonious relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
