About the location:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. The successful candidate will:
- Manage a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, conducting interviews, training and scheduling staff, and conducting performance evaluations and disciplining staff when needed.
- Schedule work to be done daily, collect room and floor status sheets, monitor each Room Attendant's daily progress, and inspect completed rooms to ensure standards are met.
- Monitor the performance of House Attendants, ensure sufficient supplies are available, and check the cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and Linen Closets.
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Other related duties may be assigned.
