Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 高田馬場にある訪問介護事業所です。「介護って重労働で低賃金」のイメージをなくしたい利用者とスタッフ両方を大切にしている職場環境です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 心身にハンディキャップがある方の支援となる訪問介護業務です。入浴・食事・調理・排せつ・洗濯・掃除・買い物等の生活・家事サポートや、外出が困難な方の付き添い移動支援を行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 未経験の方は、初任者研修を7日間受講後、先輩に同行して現場に入ります。資格取得費用は全額会社負担で、しっかりとしたサポート体制が整っています。

(勤務時間が月176時間未満の場合は給与が時給1,200円~1,500円、月176時間以上勤務の場合は月給33万円)
