仕事内容:
平成24年に創立した交通事故被害者側の事件を中心に取り扱っている法律事務所での事務作業になります。
電話対応、書類作成等の事務作業の他、清掃等の事務所運営もお願いいたします。
アピールポイント:
社員数は4名(弁護士1名、事務員2名、育休中事務員1名)です。
交通事故被害で辛い思いをされている方々が安心してご来所・ご依頼いただけるように、温もりと思いやりのある事務所の雰囲気づくりを最も大切にしています。
少人数の個人事務所ですし、何より被害者の方々がまた前を向いて笑顔で歩んでいけるためにも、働くみんなが毎日楽しく笑顔でいられるような職場つくりを心がけています。
ご自身専用の独立したデスクと弁護士と同じチェアですので快適に仕事をしていただけると思います。
交通事故被害に苦しんでいる方のお力になりたいと思われる方、法律や法律事務所での仕事に関心がある方に向いています。
求める人材:
法律事務所未経験者も歓迎いたします(法律知識は一切不要です)。
パソコン作業が中心になりますので、WordやExcel等の基本的なパソコン作業ができる方が望ましいです。
また、主な顧客は交通事故の被害者の方々になりますので、相手の気持ちに寄り添い、明るくにこやかな対応ができる方にお願いしたいです。
法律事務所で扱う書類や情報には守秘義務がありますし、大切な書類を扱う仕事になりますので、丁寧で細やかな作業ができる方が望ましいです。
勤務時間・曜日:
9:30~18:00(実働7時間30分・休憩1時間)
休日出勤・残業は一切ありません。
休暇・休日:
完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)
夏休み、年末年始休暇各5日間
有給休暇完全消化、産休・育休取得実績有

事務所内全面禁煙、ビル内にも喫煙室はありません。

給与:
能力や貢献度による昇給あり。
