仕事内容

才能豊かで革新的なYouTubeやTikTokなどの動画コンテンツクリエイターを募集しています。理想的な人材は、魅力的なビデオコンテンツの作成に情熱を持ち、YouTubeやTikTokのプラットフォームを深く理解し、ストーリーテリングとビデオ編集のスキルを備えた方です。動画コンテンツクリエイターとして、視聴者を増やし、エンゲージメントを高め、チャンネルへのトラフィックを増やすための高品質な動画コンテンツの開発、制作、最適化を担当していただきます。

主な職務

コンテンツ制作: ターゲットとする視聴者の共感を呼び、当社のブランド・アイデンティティと目的に沿ったYouTube向けの魅力的な動画コンテンツの構想、脚本、撮影、編集。

視聴者とのエンゲージメント コメント、コミュニティへの投稿、ソーシャルメディアを通じて視聴者と関わり、コミュニティ意識を醸成し、視聴者とのつながりを強化する。

SEO最適化: 検索エンジン最適化(SEO)のベストプラクティスを実施し、YouTubeやTikTokその他の検索プラットフォームにおける私たちの動画の発見性とランキングを向上させます。

コラボレーション 他のYouTuber、インフルエンサー、ブランドとのコラボレーションを行い、リーチを広げ、新しい購読者を獲得し、コンテンツのクロスプロモーションを行います。

Job Description

We are seeking talented and innovative video content creators for platforms like YouTube and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging video content, has a deep understanding of YouTube and TikTok platforms, and possesses skills in storytelling and video editing. As a video content creator, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing high-quality video content to increase viewership, engagement, and traffic to the channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for YouTube that resonates with the target audience and aligns with our brand identity and goals.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers through comments, community posts, and social media to foster community awareness and strengthen connections with the audience.
• SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve the discoverability and ranking of our videos on YouTube, TikTok, and other search platforms.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other YouTubers, influencers, and brands to expand reach, acquire new subscribers, and cross-promote content.
• Analysis and Optimization: Monitor channel performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, improve viewer retention, and increase subscriber count.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all YouTube and TikTok content, ensuring alignment with brand values, messaging, and visual identity.
