事業の成長に伴い、全社横断でのPRの重要性が高まっており、社長直下でコーポレートPRをリードいただける方を募集します。
全社的なPR戦略をはじめ、幅広い領域に携わっていただきます。

【業務内容】
・全社PR戦略の策定、実行
・オウンドメディアの企画、コンテンツ作成、運営
・採用広報におけるクリエイティブ企画、実行
・メディアリレーション構築、プレスリリース発信
・経営層や各部門を巻き込んだ意思決定プロセスの推進
・その他、企業価値向上に資する各種PRプロジェクトの推進

Director1名 - メンバー3名
採用情報
勤務時間 基本9:30~17:30(休憩時間1:00)
※フレックスタイム制度(コアタイムなし)を導入しており、上記就業時間に決まりはございません。
想定給与 【想定年収】700〜2,100万円
※経験、能力などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定
※非管理監督者は月30時間分の固定残業手当含む、超過分は追加支給
※3ヶ月の試用期間有り(試用期間中の条件変更なし)
【昇給】年2回(4月、10月)
【賞与】年2回(4月、10月)
※会社業績および個人のパフォーマンスにより支給
※評価制度による査定
休日・休暇 【年間休日】120日以上
土日祝、年末年始(12/29~1/3)
有給休暇(毎年9月に24日付与、初年度については按分付与)

必須スキル・経験 ・事業会社やPR会社でのPR経験、もしくはメディアや広告業界での経験(5年以上)
・自らプロジェクトを企画し、推進してきた経験
・高いコミュニケーション能力と調整力
歓迎スキル・経験 ・オウンドメディアの企画、コンテンツ制作、運用経験
・コーポレートPR経験
