仕事内容:

Pythonを中心とした新入社員向けプログラミング研修において、メイン講師のサポート業務を担当していただきます。受講者が基礎でつまずかないよう、質問対応や演習フォローを行い、学習環境を支える役割です。会場ディレクターや経験豊富な講師陣によるフォロー体制が整っているため、講師経験がない方でも安心して業務に取り組めます。

期間限定(4月~5月)

企業の新入社員向けPython研修において、メイン講師を支える研修サブ講師を募集します。新社会人としてスタートを切る受講者が、安心して学習を進められるようサポートするポジションです。

短期集中型の研修のため、

・副業として

・春だけ稼働したい方

・現場復帰・ブランク明けのエンジニア

にも最適です。

<具体的な業務>

・Python新入社員研修での受講者フォロー(質問対応、簡単なコードレビュー、エラー対応 等)

・演習・課題の進行補助、サンプルコードの提示

・メイン講師の講義内容に沿った学習支援

・研修中のトラブル対応(開発環境構築、ライブラリ設定、動作確認 等)

・(オンライン研修の場合)接続サポート、チャットでの質問対応

勤務時間・曜日:

平日9:00 - 18:00 ※プロジェクトによって勤務時間・曜日は異なります。

給与:

10日以上の稼働で、特別報酬が支給されます。
