仕事内容:

事業成長に最適な人材採用を目指し、採用計画の立案からペルソナ設計、候補者体験の向上まで、幅広い採用実務を担っていただきます。これまでのご経験を最大限に活かし、ご志向に応じてお任せするミッションを決定します。

【具体的な業務内容】

・経営陣、部門責任者との要件すり合わせに基づくポジション設計

・募集要項の作成および媒体掲載対応

・エージェント折衝(紹介依頼・関係構築・進捗管理)

・ダイレクトリクルーティング(スカウト戦略設計・配信運用・効果分析)

・候補者対応(日程調整・内定後フォロー)※ポジションによっては面接/面談実施

・採用数値の進捗管理、選考ディレクション

・入社後のオンボーディング連携、定着支援のフォローアップ

【採用職種や手法】

中途採用を中心に、営業、UIデザイナー、Webディレクター、エンジニア、コーポレートなど多様な職種を採用します。手法は、エージェント30社程度、ダイレクトリクルーティング複数社を戦略的に使い分けています。市場データやターゲット人材の傾向を分析しながら、各ポジション毎に最適な採用手法を優先順位付けし、エージェントコントロールやスカウト戦略設計などの施策実行をお任せします。

入社後の担当領域は、既存メンバーとのバランスを踏まえながら、柔軟にご相談しつつ決めていきます。少数精鋭組織のため、中途採用業務が中心ではありますが、新卒採用や人事企画業務へのかかわりもお願いする場合がございます。将来的にはご志向に合わせて幅を広げていくことも可能です。

以下のご経験・スキルをお持ちの方

・事業会社における人事としての中途採用実務経験2年以上

・経営層または事業部マネージャーと連携しながら業務を進めてきた経験

・採用面接実務のご経験

・IT/Web業界、またはベンチャー企業での採用実務経験

・組織成長やフェーズ移行に伴う、採用戦略・オペレーション改善の経験

・面接、面談での見極めおよびアトラクトの実務経験

・人事/採用業務以外のビジネス経験(営業等のクライアントワーク)
