■仕事概要

本ポジションは、SIerやITコンサルで培った要件定義・PM/PL経験、システム知識を活かし、UX・サービスデザイン領域で事業課題の解決に挑戦したい方に向けたポジションです。

役員直下で、大手クライアントの新規事業やサービス創出に伴走し、リサーチから企画・設計・実装・改善まで一気通貫で関わることが可能です。役員自身も現場で手を動かすため、フラットな議論を通じて主体的にプロジェクトを推進できます。

UX・デザインの専門知識は必須ではなく、これまでの経験を武器に、クライアントの事業成果に直結する貢献ができるのが大きな特徴です。

主な業務

・プリセールス:会社紹介、プレゼン、関係構築

・リサーチ:定量・定性調査を通じ、ユーザー要求仕様を導出

・体験デザイン:顧客体験シナリオの構築

・プロジェクト推進:ビジネス要求・システム要件を踏まえたサービス設計

・プロダクトデザイン:ソリューション具体化とテスト

・プロジェクトマネジメント:デザイナー・エンジニアと協働しアジャイル開発を推進

・改善プロセス:リリース後の継続的改善や要件抽出

・エグゼクティブリレーション:企業上位層との関係構築

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・下記いずれかの経験5年以上

・システム開発におけるビジネス構築のコンサルティング経験

・中~大規模システム開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(PM/PLもしくはPMOの経験)

・新規ビジネスやサービスの企画・推進経験

・UXデザインやサービスデザイン領域への興味関心

・メンバーマネジメント経験(プロジェクトベースでも可)
