仕事内容:

政治団体の事務局スタッフとして、運営や対外調整、SNSの外注ディレクションを担当していただきます。具体的には以下の業務をお任せします。

【主な仕事内容】

平河町の拠点で、代表の活動を支える 「秘書型」事務局ポジションです。

日程調整・対外連絡・会合段取り・事務所運営を「回る形」に整えるのが主業務。

SNSは外注が基本で、職員には 制作ではなくディレクション(発注・確認・改善) を担っていただきます。

具体的な業務(担当範囲に応じて)

・スケジュール調整(候補日提示、返信管理、会場候補調査、リマインド)

・電話・メール一次対応、来客対応(受付・案内・取次)

・会合・打合せ・イベントの段取り(会場手配、参加者連絡、当日チェックリスト/段取り表作成)

・資料作成・議事メモ(たたき台〜整理、共有ドライブ管理)

・事務所運営(郵送、備品、手配、簡単な庶務)

・簡易経理補助(領収書整理、支出控え作成 ※会計担当と連携)

・広報/SNS(外注前提)

・外注先への指示・締切管理・品質チェック(誤字、事実関係、トーン)

・数値確認(再生数等)→簡単な振り返り→改善提案

【雇用形態】

雇用形態は契約社員ですが、6〜12か月の勤務後、双方合意で正社員化も可能です。

  • 事務職や秘書業務の経験がある方
  • コミュニケーション能力が高く、対外調整ができる方
  • 基本的なPC操作(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)ができる方
  • 社会人経験2〜5年程度

  • SNS運用や外注ディレクションの経験がある方
  • 政治関係(政治家秘書、政党職員など)経験をお持ちの方
  • 政治業界、政治に関心がある方
  • 秘書・事務局・渉外・運営改善など経験あり

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は以下の通りです。

月曜日から金曜日の間で、<曜日を記入> <開始時刻を記入>~<終了時刻を記入>の固定時間制で働いていただきます。

休憩時間は<休憩時間を記入>分です。

土日祝日は基本的にお休みですが、必要に応じて出勤をお願いする場合があります。

残業は原則ありませんが、業務状況に応じて発生する可能性があります。

休暇・休日:

  • 土日祝休み(週休2日制)
  • 年次有給休暇
  • その他の休暇制度については相談の上、柔軟に対応いたします。

勤務地:

国内出張の可能性あり

屋内原則禁煙

勤務時間は、会合・イベント等で前後する場合があります。

その場合、振替・代休等で調整致します。

アクセス:

勤務先へのアクセスは、半蔵門駅から徒歩約7分、永田町駅から徒歩8分です。詳細なアクセス方法については、お問い合わせください。

給与:

  • 月給 270,000円〜290,000円(総支給・税引前)

経験・担当範囲により決定

  • 交通費支給(上限有)
