Job Description
BAWベースのRFフィルターの新規プロセス技術の開発試作、および評価業務を担当いただきます。。
新規技術の導入に当たり、テストサンプルの試作推進、計測機器等を用いたデバイス評価。
各要素技術者と連携し、試作条件の設定や改善業務
実際に試作、評価データのまとめ、および資料作成。
Requirements
必須
BAW及び半導体業界でのプロセスエンジニアとしてのご経験、あるいは開発試作業務のご経験
半導体製造工程(リソグラフィー、ドライエッチ、メタル成膜、絶縁膜成膜、ウェット、CMP、検査 等)及び半導体デバイスに関する知識
Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。
歓迎
半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスの構築及び最適化(計測手法の確立も含む)経験
半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の量産導入や試作の経験
Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験(CD-SEM、膜厚測定など)
優れたコミュニケーションスキル
