【仕事内容】

各店舗ごとに納品された商品の確定情報を、お得意先さまにお知らせする仕事です。

<具体的には>WEBシステムへの入力/伝票発行/仕分け

❖社内システムやインターネットを用いた、主にパソコンでの入力作業です。出荷情報をまとめ、店舗にお知らせした後は、営業事務に引き継ぎます。営業のように派手な存在ではありませんが、「なくてはならない存在」として特水グループを支えていると私たちは自負しています。

【1日の仕事の流れ例】

4:00 各取引先の発注一覧の整理

営業への伝達

6:30 各取引先WEB入力

本社システムへの入力開始

(マニュアルがあるのでその通りに作業すればいいので安心です)

事務員全体で取引先ごとに分担するのでゆっくり覚えていってください

10:00~11:00 事務所前片付け

本社事務員への引継ぎ作業

退勤、本日もお疲れ様でした
