LOCAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
よくある質問(FAQ)のコンテンツ管理(新規作成、改訂、削除)
製品・サービス部門からの問い合わせ内容をもとにしたKnowlege-Centered Serivieに基づくコンテンツ整備
FAQサイトの運用(コンテンツ公開、アーカイブ管理)と利用促進のための施策実行
FAQ利用数や利用者満足度向上のためのアクション立案と効果測定
FAQおよびKCS関連のKPIモニタリングと結果報告
製品・ビジネス・キャンペーンに関連する社内オペレーション調整および情報発信
フィールド(VOC)の収集・分析とレポーティング
情報収集および効果的な情報発信のための社内外関係者との連携・関係構築
業務の手順マニュアルの作成・改訂を含む業務改善提案と実行
必要に応じた定期レポートや特別レポートの提供

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

コンタクトセンター運営に関わる法規・業界規格の知識
ナレッジ基盤・CRMツール(Zendesk、Salesforce等)の利用経験
COPC、KCSF、消費者生活アドバイザーなど関連資格、または同等の知識・経験
バックエンドプロセス(登録、発注、オンラインプロセス)の標準化経験
取扱製品に関する知識と理解
顧客対応関連システム・プログラム仕様の理解
セールス戦略・手法に関する知識
データ分析に関する知識
CRM・カスタマーサービスに関する知識
コンタクトセンターのITインフラに関する知識
トレーニング設計手法・デリバリーメソッドに関する知識
