【お仕事内容】

  • 人事の組織人材開発担当として社員への教育研修などをお任せします。

・人員配置、組織体制の企画

・組織文化の浸透のための各種施策の検討、実施

・全社員向けミーティングの企画、運営

・社内教育の構築、企画

(学生向けインターンシップ、新入社員、中途入社者、管理職向け教育研修)など
