◎仕事内容◎

株式会社インフィールドは、

住宅リフォーム・リノベーションを行う会社です。

お任せするのは、現場の管理や調整を行う施工管理職。

とはいえ、最初から難しいことは求めません。

先輩のサポートから始め、少しずつ成長していける環境です。

・工事スケジュールの調整・資料作成

・資材や人員の手配・発注業務

・現場の安全確認・写真撮影

・職人さんやお客様との打ち合わせ

◆研修・育成制度◆

入社後はビジネスマナーや建築の基礎を学ぶ座学研修からスタート。

配属後は先輩社員がマンツーマンでOJT指導を行います。

写真撮影や簡単な書類作成など、できることから始められるので安心。

資格取得支援制度もあり、建築施工管理技士などの国家資格にも挑戦可能です。

未経験でも「成長したい」という気持ちがあれば大丈夫。
