・製薬会社向け営業支援システムの運用および、次世代製品への移行の提案を行う。

l 業務内容

・自社で保持するCRMパッケージを活用した弊社CRM製品、拡張機能の要件定義から設計・開発・テストをリードする。

・また、次世代CRMへの移行を見据えて、クライアントへの提供価値を見極めると主に、効果的な移行方式の設計・開発を行う。

l 応募要件

(必須要件)

・システム開発経験(3年以上)

・要件定義経験(1年以上)

(必須ではないが、あると望ましい要件)

・医療業界(営業・マーケティング)の業務知識

・5人以上のチームプロジェクト管理経験

技術スキル

・Salesforce アプリケーションの設計・開発経験

・.NETによるアプリケーション、及び、Oracle/SQL Serverなどのデータベース設計・開発経験

・AWS等のクラウドプラットフォームをベースとしたシステム構築経験

・アジャイル開発のプロジェクトマネジメントの経験

・オフショア開発マネジメント経験

・ CRM、BI等のシステム構築に関する要件定義・実装の経験

l 語学力

英文メールの読み・書きが出来る
