【お仕事内容】
大手企業グループの工場で、家庭用電気給湯器(エコキュート)部品のピッキング
- 作業内容について
部品のピッキングを行い、自動搬送機にピッキングしたものを置きます。
作業場が4つに分かれており、そのいずれかに配属となりますが
作業内容は変わりません。
一部、組立作業もあります。
※別工程に配属となる可能性もあります。
※配属先は派遣先企業により、ご入社後に決定いたします。
習熟期間は約1ヶ月程度です
取り扱う製品について
家庭用電気給湯器は1.5m~2m程度で、
畳を縦にした高さ・横幅の大きさです。
重量は5kg程度になります。

21:30~翌6:00 (休憩:1:15~2:00 45分)
※夜勤専属
※別途小休憩が2回ございます
※毎週水曜日はノー残業デーとなります
※ご入社から1~2週間はほぼ定時終了です

- 研修期間中について
ご入社から2~3週間は研修期間となり、
8:30~17:00(日勤)での勤務となります。
(習熟度合いにより残業が発生します)

【残業について】
実働160時間のうち、5時間が法定内時間外となります。
法定時間外(割り増しがつく残業)は月平均15時間程度となります
