自動車システム開発向けデータエンジニアは、クライアントのためのエンドツーエンドシステム開発(車載および車外)のデータエンジニアリングを担当します。データパイプラインの設計やデータ前処理から、クラウドプラットフォームでのデータ管理まで、ADASや自動運転(AD)などの戦略的かつ安全性が重要なドメインに対応します。
当ポジションでは、当社のグローバルな専門知識と資産を活用して、日本における自動車関連能力の加速に貢献し、日本で強力な自動車プラクティスを成長させる当社の戦略の重要な担い手となります。
クライアントおよび他の開発チームとのコミュニケーションがこのポジションでは重要であり、日本語/英語(少なくともビジネスレベル)の言語能力が必要です。
職務詳細
ADASドメインまたは他の自動車ドメイン(自動運転やバッテリーデータエンジニアリングなど)のE2Eデータエンジニアリング活動(車載および車外)に責任を持ちます。
- 複数のセンサーからのデータ取り込み、センサーフュージョン、データフォーマットおよびローカルストレージを含むデータパイプライン設計
- データのリサイズ、ノイズキャンセレーションおよびデータキャリブレーション、マルチセンサーストリームの同期化を含むデータ前処理(エッジコンピューティングを通じてなど)
- データ収集とクラウドストレージ、バージョニングとメタデータタグ付けの開発、データプライバシーとコンプライアンス要件の実装を含むデータ管理(クラウドプラットフォームにて)

募集要項
必須
- 自動車向けデータエンジニアとして5年以上の経験があり、エッジ側およびクラウドプラットフォーム(AWSまたはAzure)でのADAS/ADデータパイプライン設計および処理における実証された能力
- センサーデータの取り込み、センサーフュージョン、スケーラブルな形式での保存、センサーデータのノイズ除去とキャリブレーション、マルチセンサーストリームの時間調整などのADAS/ADデータパイプライン設計とデータ処理の専門知識
- AWSまたはAzureにおけるクラウドアーキテクチャ、データベース管理、およびアプリケーション統合の専門知識
- AI/画像処理システムLSIに関する知識と経験
• KubernetesオーケストレーションおよびData Bricksの実践経験 - Apache Airflow、Kafka、AWS FlinkまたはカスタムETLパイプラインの使用経験
- データレイク(例:Redshift)およびクラウドストレージ(例:AWS S3、Azure Blob)の経験
- MLOpsプラットフォーム(MLflow、Kubeflow、ClearML)との統合経験
- DevOpsの実装およびCI/CDの経験
- Python、Java、またはC++などの高水準プログラミング言語における優れたスキル
