仕事内容:

▽この仕事、ひと言で言うと?

「でっかい建物の骨組みを

つくる、カッコいい職人仕事」。

足場、鉄骨、鍛冶工事まで、

全部まるっと請け負います。

ビルや劇場、マンション、倉庫、

スーパー、ホテル、家電量販店など

ありとあらゆる建物を手がけます。

新築・リニューアル・改修など、

建設の"はじまりから終わりまで"

全部任せられる鳶(とび)職人チームです。

"表には見えないけど、絶対に必要"。

そんな縁の下の力持ちのような存在が鳶です。

鉄骨の組立

足場の組立・解体

溶接・鍛冶工事

基礎杭打ち/金物取り付け など

▽なにから始めればいい?

まずは現場で先輩と一緒に行動

基本はOJT=働きながら覚える

いきなり難しい仕事は任せませんので

未経験でもご安心ください。

最初はカンタンな作業からスタート。

3ヶ月〜半年、現場で基礎を学んで

着実にステップアップできます。

今いる先輩たちも、最初はみんな

"道具の名前すら知らない"状態。

そこから職長になった人もいます。

▽毎日が新鮮多彩な現場で経験値UP

ひとつの現場だけじゃなく、

大規模な新築から短期のリニューアルまで、

さまざまな案件を経験できます。

現場によって作業内容や役割も変わるので、

自然と応用力や対応力が身につきます

現場の期間は、

短期(1〜2週間)〜長期(半年〜1年)まで様々。

今は長期現場が多く、じっくり技術を磨ける環境です

▽高所作業だけじゃない

「鳶=高いところの仕事」と思われがちですが、

実際は地上や低所での作業も多いです

もちろん高所での作業もありますが、

段階を踏んで慣れていけるので心配いりません

仕事の特性上、

高所作業や屋外作業もありますが、

最初からムリさせるようなことは絶対しません。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00〜17:00

※休憩:午前30分・昼60分・午後30分

※夜勤あり(希望制)

※現場に変動あり

残業は月10h程度と少なめ

稼ぎたい人は夜勤でガッツリ。

日勤だけがいい人は、調整OK。

休暇・休日:

  • 週休2日制(日曜、他)

※現場スケジュールにより変動

※休みは希望で調整可能

※稼ぎたい方は週6出勤も相談OK

給与:

月収325,000円~500,000円

※上記は月24日程度の出勤での月給目安。

※日給月給制のため勤務日数により変動。

日給15,000〜20,000円スタート

※経験・資格者優遇あり
