As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron's products with flawless and issue-free release to both internal and external customers. Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve Back End testing coverage/quality for Mobile DRAM products.
- Collaborate with DFT/ TSE/ PE teams to review and sign off Back End test program releases.
- Develop testing patterns to improve testing efficiency and quality.
- Utilize state-of-art engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis.
- Support new product startups and yield improvement.
- Identify causes of low yield through systematic analysis.
- Work closely with various engineering groups to resolve process/defects related issues.
- Collaborate with test engineering teams to define and secure necessary test fixtures.
- Develop high-quality and cost-efficient Mobile DRAM test strategies.
- Automation of program development and work processes using scripting.
- Utilize statistical tools for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects.
- Extensive usage of data parsing and data analysis for improving yields, test times, and quality of the products.
- Support Back End test pattern verification of new products using Verilog simulations.
- Identify design marginalities and request design fixes for circuit-related problems.
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent.
- Familiar with Back End testing.
- Familiar with System Level testing.
- Oral and written English high-level communication skills are required.
- Previous work experience in DRAM memory-related fields.
