As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales activities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality business meetings for our sales force by engaging with prospects generated by our marketing team and your own prospect lists. To excel in this position, you will participate in daily sales activities and structured training programs designed to build product knowledge and core sales skills.
This goal-oriented, results-driven position leverages your IT experience and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced industry. You will identify and cold-call prospective clients to obtain sufficient inquiries in terms of quantity and quality. You will also qualify prospects identified by our marketing team, execute operations to meet and exceed sales targets, and communicate with key personnel at the C-level via phone, email, and social networking.
To succeed in this role, you must analyze business needs of prospects, understand their processes, and determine requirements. You will acquire and maintain knowledge of all NetSuite solution functionality and communicate effectively with stakeholders within the organization as needed.
