  • 入社3ヶ月 本社⼯場(京都府綾部市)にて製品研修

技術部の社員との交流を深め、製品や製品や製造過程について習得していただきます。

  • 入社3ヶ月以降

営業所に配属となり、先輩に同⾏しながら少しずつ営業スタイルや業界の知識等を覚えていただきます。

  • 入社1年半〜2年後

独り立ちし、単独で顧客を担当していただきます。

基本給:月給 22万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

給与額は、経験・能力・実績・前職給与などを考慮の上、決定いたします。

昇給:年1回/4月(1月あたり3,190円)※前年度実績
