仕事内容:
コーポレート本部 総務・法務グループにて、
法務・コンプライアンスを中心とした企画・推進業務を担当いただきます。
入社後はご経験やスキルに応じて、少しずつ業務をお任せしていく想定です。
【主な業務内容】
- 全社コンプライアンス活動の企画・推進(PDCA運用)
- 社内ルール(規程・方針・ガイドライン等)の整備・改修
- 法令遵守体制の構築・運用支援
- 社内からの法務・コンプライアンスに関する相談対応
- 将来的には法務業務
(契約書審査、契約書作成支援、問い合わせ対応 等)

【必須条件】
- 法令実務経験3年以上(業界不問)
- コンプライアンス推進業務の経験
- ビジネス実務法務検定3級程度の知識

- 英語に抵抗のない方
勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
※フレックスタイム制あり(コアタイムなし)

■賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
※月20時間の固定定時外勤務手当/カフェテリア含む
※月20時間超過分は1分単位で残業代(時間外手当)を別途支給
