インサイドセールス(アポイント獲得を担当) 年休127日/土日祝休み/5日以上の連休可/基本定時退勤

【仕事内容】

インターネット回線やセキュリティ機器、防犯カメラ、複合機などを販売している当社。あなたには、新規のお客さまとの商談のアポイントを取る業務をお任せします。電話を通じて、社内からアプローチするスタイルです。内勤の仕事で外出がないので、たくさん出歩いてヘトヘトになる働き方とは無縁です

【お客さまについて】

建設業や士業、製造業など、さまざまな業界の法人。1名〜十数名の規模がほとんどです。

【仕事の流れ】

  • ニーズのヒアリング(アルバイトと一緒に実施します)

「パソコンは重くないですか?」「通信が遅いことはありませんか?」といったアンケートをアルバイトが電話で実施。興味を持ってくれたお客さまのリストが、1日10件ほど上がってきます。

  • アポの獲得

リストをもとに、お客さまに電話。トークスクリプトを参考に「インターネット関連でお困り事はないですか?」「PC機器の調子はいかがですか?」とお悩みをヒアリングし、ニーズに合ったものをご提案。商談の日時まで決定したら完了です。

  • 取れたアポイントを営業に報告

アポイントが取れたら、当社のシステムにお客様の情報や通信環境、商談日時、お困りごとやご要望などの詳細を入力。必要に応じて担当営業と話し合い、成約に結びつくよう連携します。LINEや電話でのやり取りがメインです。

【仕事のポイント】

  • 頑張った分は、給与で還元

自身が取ったアポイントで営業が成約するとインセンティブが支給され、平均額は月15万円ほど。営業社員と二人三脚で協力しながら進めているため、成約に繋がりやすい環境です

  • 裁量を持って働けます

トークスクリプトの変更、マニュアル作成、お客さまに提出する資料を手直ししたり…といった工夫は大歓迎アイデアを活かして働けます。

\残業はありません/

電話を掛けるお客様は法人です。

そのため、18時以降は電話に出られないため、

定時には退勤できます

【給与】

月給 24万円〜50万円

※想定年収 288万円〜600万円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 63,000円

みなし残業時間 40時間

月給24万円+インセンティブ+別途手当

※2年目以降は、勤続給(固定給が3000円UP)が追加されます

※上記には固定残業代(6万3000円/40時間分)を含み、超過分は全額支給。

※上記には一律支給の営業手当を含みます。

\インセンティブ制度で稼げる/

あなたのアポイントで営業が成約すれば、インセンティブを支給します。週2件は成約に繋がっているため、入社1年目・2年目から月収30万円〜40万円以上も可能です。

【試用期間】試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
