仕事内容:

国際的なスポーツ大会に関する事務、翻訳・通訳をお願いします。

ADカード申請に関する各国関係組織とのやり取りや申請内容の確認・説明、会議での準備サポートや、ADカードの作成補助をお任せします。

また、委員会や他部署、海外のシステムベンダーとのメール、資料翻訳、逐次通訳をお願いします。

スポーツイベントに関わり、貴重な経験ができます

《国際コーディネーション・事務処理》

・各国責任組織への申請手続きの説明、質疑応答、申請内容の確認(原則英語使用)

・組織委員会内の他部署や国際会議での情報調整、準備サポート

・ADカードの作成作業(印刷、加工)、仕分け、発送

・大会直前・期間中のアクレディテーション施設での諸事対応補助

《通訳・翻訳サポート》

・海外ベンダー、組織委員会他部署などとの会議・打合せにおける逐次通訳

・メール、レター、ガイドブック、規則等の英文翻訳・作成

・英語での電話・来客応対
