オーデマピゲのReception/ 修理受付担当では、時計修理に関し顧客に的確で丁寧なご案内をする役割を担っています。高いホスピタリティが求められるポジションです。

Responsibilities:

接客業務

レセプションにて時計修理に関する接客対応
ストラップ等付属品のご案内・販売

顧客管理業務

専用システムを使用しての情報管理業務

その他

電話・SNS・メールでの顧客対応
専用システムやExcelを使用しての事務業務
時計の配送業務
本社とのコミュニケーション(メールメイン・英語)

・レセプションでの顧客対応:6割、バックオフィスでの事務業務:4割程度

・本社とのやり取り、資料・システム、顧客対応で一部英語を使用

資格

時計や宝飾など高額商材を扱う店舗での接客経験3年以上
基本的なPCスキル(Outlook,Excel,Word, PowerPoint)
基本的な英語のスキル(流暢である必要はありませんが、接客やトレーニングで必要となります)

勤務時間:10:30~20:00のシフト制勤務 (休憩:60分)
年間休日:122日前後
(8日~12日/月、カレンダーの土日祝日の日数に応じ変動)
