【仕事内容】
- 同社は、KARTEを中心として多様な業界の課題解決に貢献するプロダクトを開発してきました。AWS製品などの外部サービスとの連携により、
その可能性はさらに広がっています。この高度で複雑化するプロダクトエコシステムにおいて同社と製品の信頼性を高めることが重要な課題です。
業務効率化とイノベーションを通じてサポート品質の継続的な向上に努めると同時に、この課題に対応するため、同社のカスタマーエンジニアチームの
中核を担うCustomer Reliability Engineer (CRE) が、プロダクトのスペシャリストとして、
顧客企業およびパートナー企業とプロダクトの架け橋となり技術的な課題解決と効果的な活用を支援します。
【業務内容の一例】 ・技術サポートとインシデント管理
- クライアントからの技術的な問い合わせへの対応・調査/システム障害時の迅速な対応と社内外への適切な情報提供
インシデントのインパクト判断基準の策定/サポートサイト記事のライティング/問い合わせ対応フローの整備
・プロダクト改善への貢献
- プロダクト開発チームへのフィードバック提供/問い合わせ傾向を可視化するためのダッシュボードの構築
顧客ニーズのプロダクト開発プロセスへの反映
・業務効率化
- LLMを用いたサポートBotやドキュメント検索エンジンの開発/インシデント対応Botの開発

600万円~1200万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
