【ジンマー・バイオメット社の営業の特徴】

1)患者様のためにチームで全力を尽くす

単に製品を薦めるだけではなく、手術に立ち会い、ドクターやナースとチームになって患者様のために全力を尽くします。具体的には、オペにおける当社器械の使用手順説明や技術的フォローなどを行います。

そのため、最も重要な点はドクターやナースから信頼を勝ち取ることです。オペの立会い等を通し、営業自身を積極的に売込むことが求められます。ドクターと信頼関係を構築し、診療の良きパートナーとなることで患者さんの臨床成績向上に貢献できます。

2)柔軟な働き方

北は札幌から南は福岡まで、当社は全国に営業拠点を構えています。営業所から現地へ行くことはもちろんのこと、当社ではSOHO形式の営業スタイルも導入しております。これは会社に立ち寄らず、自宅をオフィスとした直行直帰スタイルのことで「少しでも早く病院に駆けつけ、そして少しでも長く医師のサポートをできるように」というコンセプトの元、始まりました。

エリア毎に週1回のペースでミーティングを行いますし(エリアにより差異あり)、社内イントラネットから学術文献などのナレッジが共有可能のため、直行直帰に不安な方でも安心していただけます。

3)充実した教育・研修制度

未経験から活躍できる充実したサポート制度がございます。教材を使用した座学、先輩社員の同行を中心としたOJT等、一人立ち出来るスケジュールを設定しています。
