Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Attraction team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing qualified talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Conduct CV screening, competency interviews, and assessments to shortlist candidates.

• Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Utilize recruitment tools, social platforms, job boards, and networking events for sourcing.

• Maintain accurate data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Ensure strong employer branding and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Support employer branding campaigns, recruitment events, and referrals.

• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

• Good understanding of recruitment tools (ATS, Biz reach).

• Work level English (spoken and written).
